At Byins, we aim to deliver your orders safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping terms below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within Malaysia using trusted courier partners.

West Malaysia: RM10
Sabah & Sarawak: RM15
Free Shipping: For orders RM100 and above (automatically applied at checkout)

Order Processing Time

To ensure smooth and fast delivery, all orders follow the schedule below:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM → Shipped the next working day
Orders placed after 5:00 PM → Shipped the following working day
Saturday orders → Processed on Monday (Sunday closed)

We do not process or ship orders on Sundays.

Delivery Duration

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier activity:

West Malaysia: 1–3 working days
Sabah & Sarawak: 3–7 working days

Note: Peak seasons or courier delays may extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email within 24 hours after your order is shipped.

You may track your parcel through the Ninja Van tracking page.

Undelivered / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

Wrong address
Failure to receive the parcel
Multiple failed delivery attempts

We will contact you for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Important Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or sale periods.
Once handed to the courier, delivery time is beyond our control however, we are always ready to assist if needed.
