Shipping Rates

We currently ship within Malaysia using trusted courier partners.

West Malaysia RM 10
Sabah & Sarawak RM 15
Free Shipping Orders RM100 and above
Order Processing Time

To ensure smooth and fast delivery, all orders follow the schedule below:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM → Shipped the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM → Shipped the following working day.
  • Saturday orders → Processed on Monday.

*We do not process or ship orders on Sundays.

Sabah & Sarawak 3–7 working days

Note: Peak seasons or courier delays may extend delivery times.

Undelivered / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to wrong address, failure to receive, or multiple failed attempts:

We will contact you for re-delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or sale periods.
  • Once handed to the courier, delivery time is beyond our control.
