At Byins, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
- The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original tags.
- A full unboxing video is provided as proof (required for all defect/wrong item cases).
❌ We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Choosing the wrong design or colour.
- Damage caused after the item has been used.
- Items purchased during major promotions or clearance sales (non-returnable).
Refunds are only applicable for the following situations:
- Item arrives damaged or defective.
- We shipped the wrong colour/model.
- Item is out of stock after the order is placed.
Refund Method: Online banking / FPX
⏳ Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.
- Only allowed for the same item value (colour/design).
- Return & reshipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.
