Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item only if:

The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item

The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original tags

A full unboxing video is provided as proof (required for all defect/wrong item cases)

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for the following situations:

Exchange Policy
For exchanges:
