Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original tags.
  • A full unboxing video is provided as proof (required for all defect/wrong item cases).

❌ We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Choosing the wrong design or colour.
  • Damage caused after the item has been used.
  • Items purchased during major promotions or clearance sales (non-returnable).
Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for the following situations:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We shipped the wrong colour/model.
  • Item is out of stock after the order is placed.

Refund Method: Online banking / FPX

⏳ Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy
  • Only allowed for the same item value (colour/design).
  • Return & reshipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side.

How to Request a Return / Refund

Please provide your Name, Order Number, Description of the issue, and Photo/Video proof (Unboxing video required for defects).
