At Byins, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our policy below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original tags

  • A full unboxing video is provided as proof (required for all defect/wrong item cases)

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong design/colour

  • Damage caused after the item has been used

  • Items purchased during major promotions or clearance sales (non-returnable)

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for the following situations:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • We shipped the wrong colour/model

  • Item is out of stock after the order is placed

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Online banking / FPX

Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges:

  • Only allowed for the same item value (colour/design)

  • Return & reshipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the mistake is from our side
